1104 is a 1427 square fee (141 square feet additional patio space) a two bedroom, two bath unit on the 11th floor with a magnificent Gulf View. Kitchen has a regular drip coffee maker. The master bedroom has a King size bed. The guest bedroom has a king and a full size bed. Living room has a pull out queen sofa sleeper. Guest bathroom has a walk-in shower, master bathroom has a jetted tub/shower combo. Luxury vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen, hallway and living room area. Bedrooms are carpeted. Unit accommodates 8 people.

  The Grounds are very clean. Pool being heated was a plus. Even tho I have to say the condo itself needs updating. Everything is outdated and very used.

  We have stayed here many times before. We really like the property. This unit was not as updated as far as furniture and things like that go. Also, I do not love the fact that they no longer offer chair/umbrellas with the rental and that you have to pay so far in advance now instead of paying your remaining balance when you get to the property like you were able to before.

  As usual, we loved our condo at Coral Reef. Staff is great as always and all the grounds and accommodations were clean. It was nice to know we had a great place to stay during the COVID-19 pandemic. Weather was beautiful and we soaked up plenty of sunshine in our battle against the virus. Will be back!!!
