1106 is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2060 square feet (300 square feet additional patio space) unit on the 11th floor with a magnificent Gulf View. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a master bath with a big walk-in shower. The 2nd guest bedroom has a king size bed, the 3rd bedroom has 2 Queen size beds sharing a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The 4th bedroom has 2 full size beds and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Unit occupancy is 12 people.

  Coral reef owes everything to Victoria in the rental management office... Although I had never met her, I got the impression she is a great Keystone and holds that place together... The unit I stayed in is nice but needs updating... I will return only at her recommendations and advice.

  This was a great place to gather 4 generations to celebrate Mothers' Day! Each of the bedrooms was very comfortable, and plenty of bathrooms. Great view of the ocean & pools! Elevator worked well, and the common lobby space with kitchen is lovely with plenty of ice. Easy access to the beach, and close to Saint Andrew's State Park for pristine dunes & wild life. Great restaurants in the area. Lovely for all ages and abilities. Only odd moment was the delivery and installation of a new dishwasher (unknown to us on the schedule), though some plumbing problem made it necessary to complete the install on another day.

  Coral Reef is our favorite place to stay! It's always clean, never too crowded so you don't spend half of your vacation waiting on elevators, and the pools are never overly crowded either. It's perfectly located for convenience, and the beach access is great and also not too crowded. You have a gate code for beach entry so no trying to keep up with bracelets for everybody in your family (and then paying for lost ones). It may seem simple, but the lobby ice machine is absolutely one of my favorite conveniences of staying there too - no daily store trips for cooler ice! We also come as a large family group and rent the 4-bedroom units which is perfect and affordable for our large group. We all love it there and will continue to stay each year for our family vacation. Oh, and when you call to make reservations or ask questions, you actually speak to someone at the front desk, not a reservation call center. To me, you just can't beat this place to stay - AND you get one set of beach chair rentals included with your stay!
