Coral Reef 705 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1427 square feet unit on the 7th floor with 141 square feet balcony overlooking the stunning Gulf of Mexico. Kitchen is equipped with a standard drip coffee maker. The master bedroom has a king size bed, attached master bathroom has a jetted tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has 2 full size beds, guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Kitchen and hallway has tile floors, living room and bedrooms are carpeted. Unit occupancy is 8 people.

  Office staff and grounds staff are awesome, condo was livable but need some Upgrade for the cost ( busted draws, etc carpet need to be updated to many stains, need to update to flooring, bathroom needs updating and so do the kitchen appliances, everything is workable but very old.

  The only problem we had was room was not clean enough. Paper an crayons under couch. My boys where playing hide n seek and found sour baby bottle under bed. Just wasn’t clean enough.

  Great spacious unit with ample of room for two families. Fully stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. Awesome viewe of the beach every morning. Highly recommend!

  Overall we were satisfied with our stay. The staff was very helpful and the building clean and quiet. The TV in the unit was not working well. The management came quickly to look at but never worked well. The wires were loose and screen not clear. The bathtub in the master needs updating. We love staying at Coral Reef and would recommend it.

  We loved the condo. It is located in a great spot. Very easy to get to the pool and beach area. Also, there was not too many people to feel overcrowded, but enough to make it fun! If there were any negatives, the beds (in the double room and sofa bed)were not very comfortable (although the we were so tired we slept pretty well :) and the pillows in the king room were not comfortable. Other than that, we had a great stay and will definitely be renting again!

  The vacation was amazing the view was great the inside of the condo was nice ! The only thing I would have liked to change is the seating on the balcony is all ripped we had one chair that was able to be used the rest had major rips

  Our condo needs updating in the worst way. It looks worn, old and tired. you have a great view but the condo is so old and tired looking. The grounds are great and the traffic was insane but it all worked out. If they updated their condo it would be always be rented. If felt the condo should of been cleaned better then it was. It was like someone went through with a swiffer and that's it. Please update and clean better.
