1303 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1427 square feet unit on the 13th floor with a 141 square feet patio space and magnificent Gulf View. Kitchen has a standard drip coffee maker. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a master bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedrooms are carpeted, living room has luxury vinyl plank flooring, hallway and kitchen has tile floors. This unit will sleep 6 people.

  The Coral Reef facility is excellent, although unit 1303 needs to up their game, unit is clean but kitchen service could barely feed number staying
  In unit and the entertainment centers are a thing of the past.

  We have stayed at coral reef many times along with several of our friends. This year our room was the worst decorated . Worn out carpet , mismatched furniture, uncomfortable bed , small cheap t. v. s with remotes not working . Will probably stay here again but not in #1303 thanks

  Unit was very clean but the beds were too soft! Not enough pans to cook with either. But the view was beautiful and we had a really nice time! Unit was very clean and accommodating! Thanks!

  Love the room! Front desk lady- Victoria is so great! The chair guy that sits up the umbrellas and chairs everyday does a spectacular job! I wish the unit had larger TVS AMD SOFTER mattresses. Overall Great unit!

  Vacation overall was fantastic. Beach, water, weather, restaurants all great The tv’s were outdated and saw not able to watch tv in master bed. The floor did not feel clean and master bath was outdated. However, we still had a great time but would like a more updated room next time. We will try to reserve earlier. Thank you.
