  The unit was very clean and well appointed.Not cluttered and comfortable seating.We only had three in a unit that sleeps six,if we had six everyone would have a seat in the TV area.Tall chairs on Balcony are a plus.
  Only issue we had was faucet in main bathroom.Dustin gave us a lesson in the operation of the odd valve.He is definitely an asset to your staff.

Every morning I sit on the balcony and drink my coffee and watch how meticulously the staff takes care of the common areas! Coral Reef is a gem in PCB!   Our condo was great! Updated and clean with great views. It had two pools and easy access to the beach. My four children and their families stayed here as well and all of them loved this location! I t is perfect and away from all the traffic but convenient to everything including grocery stores and restaurants, as well as pontoon rentals for trips out to shell island or just cruising around.

  Victoria, Emmi, Brent and Justin keep everything running smoothly and all of them have that Southern hospitality.
  They did everything they could to make sure we weren't too inconvenienced with the replacement of windows and painting on the building.

  The condo was even better in person than in the pictures. Very roomy—plenty of space for the 4 of us. Whoever did the decorating did a top notch job. Beds were comfortable—sheets weren’t that great so if you’re sensitive about that kind of thing keep that in mind. Balcony was spacious with enough comfortable seating. Kitchen had what we needed. Check in was simple—I arrived after 5 so I called for the code ahead of time and checked in the next morning. We’ve been coming to PCB every year since 2012–this is the first time we said we would definitely book the same condo again.
