Unit 301 is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2060 square feet unit on the 3rd floor, with a 300 square feet patio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a master bathroom with a custom built walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and an attached guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen size beds. The 4th bedroom has 2 full size beds. The 3rd and 4th bedroom has a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Unit has wooden floors throughout. Occupancy is 12 people.

  Everything was great as usual. We were disappointed about the ice machine gone this year, only to be replaced by a machine that dispensed ice at almost $7.00 per bag. However we worked around it and enjoyed our stay. If all goes well, we hope to return again next summer.

  Great experience. Condominium was clean, staff were courteous and very friendly. Location out of the hustle and bustle, but just a few minutes drive from anything you could possibly need/want. Only complaint is pools were a little sandy and could have been "vacuumed" more thoroughly...but there probably is no escaping the sand with the beach sooo close.

  We love staying at CR. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. This last time we had a few key items missing in the condo but the staff was quick to get us what we needed. The condo was clean for the most part but under the beds there was trash and a sticky spill. Kitchen was well stocked. The only thing that that would make this particular condo better is the master bedroom bed is rickety (hopefully it will be better next year when we return ;)). Yes we have already booked it for next year.

  Our family has stayed in Unit 301 for a week every summer for the past 12 years. We absolutely love Coral Reef and the condo is wonderful. It is always clean,well maintained and equipped and the staff at Coral Reef is the best we have ever experienced. The location is perfect.
