Unit 304 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1427 square feet unit on the 3rd floor, with a 141 square feet patio overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Kitchen has a dual coffee maker, standard drip and a KEURIG in one. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an attached newly updated master bathroom with new luxurious countertops and a beautiful walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 queen size beds and an updated guest bathroom with a custom walk-in shower. New luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the unit. This unit will accommodate 6 people.

  This was our first time staying at Coral Reef. We camp a lot, but we also enjoy having our daughter and grandson under one roof for vacations. This year we picked a “new place” to stay. Coral Reef didn’t disappoint. It’s so clean and that’s super important! We look forward to coming back.

  Unit 304 met all of our vacation needs. It was not over-decorated and had simple beautiful charm. The pictures and descriptions inside and out were accurate. We had other family members staying in other units, 304 made a great gathering place because of the extra seating and open space. The pools were always open and ready to use, and the gazebo was always clean. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and professional. We will be back.

  I recently took my teenage daughter and niece to PCB for Spring Break. This was our first time staying in Unit 304, and this condo has been recently remodeled and beautifully decorated. It was so clean, and there is new furniture throughout the entire unit. The entire process from booking to check out was so easy and simple. The staff was super helpful with anything we needed. The unit is located close to the elevator, and there is quick access to the beach and pools. The gulf view from the balcony, master bedroom and den is absolutely stunning! We can't wait to go back!

  We love the Coral Reef and have stayed many times before but not in this particular unit. It was clean and had what we needed. My sons liked that they had their own bedroom and bathroom. We liked that we could use the stairs or elevator any time. Although we found the elevator could use some kind of air flow...it was miserably hot and usually had an unpleasant odor. The lobby was clean however one morning the boys went to fish around 7 am and the doors were wrapped in chain and padlocked....which seemed odd if the security guard was on duty. We enjoyed the 2 pools being close also. However we could rarely use them because there wasn’t enough room when multiple people are floating on giant rafts...which is clearing states many places aren’t allowed. We also witnessed many unsupervised kids rough housing in the evenings and moving things around. Over all we thought there should be better policing around the pools. We had beach chairs included in the price of our condo and used them daily, however many days depending on when we arrived at the beach there were others in Our chairs and became angry when we said that we had them reserved for our stay. This leads to more people using giant tents and canopies on the beach. For the most part they kept the canopies etc behind us but there were a few families who literally set up 6” from your chairs. Everyone is entitled to their beach time but when someone’s music is so loud you can’t even have a conversation with your family, it’s too loud! This occurred daily. We loved the resort and the rental and will definitely be back.

  This unit has a wonderful view from the balcony but the unit itself is badly in need of updating and decluttering. Carpet is old and has not been thoroughly cleaned under furniture and around edges, etc. couch has board under cushions to have a firmer sitting. Beds are ok. Second bedroom is fine. No windows were able to be open. Lots of things stored from owners in closets and armoire.
