Coral Reef Unit #404

**Complimentary beach service is included with this rental.** Unit 404 is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1427 square foot condo on the 4th floor. Enjoy amazing sunsets from the balcony directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The large gulf front master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath with custom walk-in shower and double vanities. The second bedroom has new queen beds and adjoining bathroom with walk-in tile shower. The day bed by the kitchen includes 2 twin beds. After a full day on the beach, relax in 2 comfortable living room recliners while watching the new 65” smart television. Kitchen and hallway are tiled while the living room and bedrooms are carpeted. Unit occupancy is 8 people.

  We used the last full week before school starts to have a family beach getaway. The only disappointment was we didn’t have longer to stay! Our stay in 404 was wonderful. We loved the condo itself, as well as the pool and the beach. Our thoughtful owners include beach loungers (2) and umbrella with the rental of their condo and we really appreciated that!

  As always, when we stay here, the staff and rooms are always up to standard. We love to stay here. The only issue we had was when walking to the beach from the deck, the sand was REALLY HOT. I would suggest a small sand mat to at least to when the small pathway opens to the full beach.

  I'm late sending as I was cleaning out email and saw it. My rental was in Octobert. Rental was great, except for the bed in the Master bedroom. Come on now, older people can't jump that high anymore and that's literally what you have to do to get in that bed. If you are going to have a bed that high then provide a step. Other than that it was great.

  Our condo was fantastic it let our needs perfect. Everything was very clean and it was close to the elevator which was a plus. Only suggestion I have is it would have been nice to have bars in the shower to hold on to because the shower floors were slippery and we had to put towels down to stand down so we would not slip. Other than that everything was fantastic & the kitchen was well equipped.

  We had a nice time except for the rain. First time at the beach where it rained every day, We did a lot of shopping, eating out, relaxing & catching up on movies.
  Condo was very nice. A couple of places needs paint touch up & A/C vent needed vacuuming. Everything else was great!

  We had a wonderful stay at Coral Reef condos. We stayed in unit 404 and it had everything you could possibly need, just like being at home. The unit was very spacious, clean and well decorated.   Unit 404 was very nice and clean. We had a party of six stay in the condo and it accommodated us very well. The furniture was nice also.

  We have been vacationing in PCB at Coral Reef since they opened. We have always had a wonderful experience in any unit we have rented there, and this past week was no exception.
