  Perfect week!!
  Weather was great, sunny with breezes.
  Having Beach chairs with Umbrella included was appreciated. Michael, Beach Chair Attendant, checked on our Comfort, adjusting Umbrella

  I rented 5 condos for a family reunion. 4 units were great. This one was awful . It smelled like stale cigarette , was barely furnished and looked like a skid row joint. Coral reef was very well managed and the grounds were well attended. Everything was perfect except this particular unit. We will return but will avoid this one

This particular unit has recently undergone major upgrades, including new tile showers and an updated kitchen. The owner is also in the process of refreshing the furnishings to align with the recent improvements, and we understand that the unit may have felt incomplete during your stay. Regarding the odor you mentioned, we want to reassure you that all Coral Reef units — including this one — strictly enforce a no-smoking policy. The scent you described may have been the result of a professional A/C coil cleaning that took place several weeks before your visit. While such cleanings can sometimes leave a temporary odor, we have confirmed that the smell has since fully dissipated. We appreciate your comments and the opportunity to continue improving.
